To offer our customers economical options for parts replacement, mSPEC Inc. purchased Apptal Inc. a company formerly providing part repair and testing services to MDS Sciex™. mSPEC has invested additional capital to augment the Apptal resources creating a Parts and Services Center. Here mSPEC's customers have easy and economical access to repair and refurbishment services for all of their mass spectrometer assemblies and sub-assemblies.

Mass Spectrometer TechnicianOur factory trained bench technicians diagnose, repair and then system-test each assembly to meet or exceed the manufacturer’s specifications. Assemblies not repairable at the Parts and Services Center are directed to manufacturer approved vendors if available or to vendors mSPEC designates as qualified to provide reliable refurbishment for our parts.
