Mass Spectrometer Parts and Service Locations

The mSPEC Group's Parts and Service Center is operated from Concord, Mass Spectrometer Service and InstallationsOntario at the northern edge of the city of Toronto. From this facility all field activities are directed and supported. This includes maintenance programs, telephone support, training courses as well as instrument-moving services and installations. Our customer support team is second to none and includes many of the industry's leading service and technical support professionals with experience dating back to 1980 for Sciex™ products.

Repairs, Refurbishment and Exchange

At the Concord facility mSPEC also conducts parts and sub-assembly repairs and comprehensive refurbishment of clients' systems. An economical exchange service is available for all repairable circuit boards and sub-assemblies for supported products. mSPEC also offers complete system rebuilds as well as verification and validation of used LCMS systems. This service is of interest to equipment brokers wishing to re-establish the OEM performance specification.

On-Site Pfizer Service

mSPEC maintains a satellite office in Connecticut to assist in supporting New England clientele as well as Pfizer Global Research and Development, where we have on-site employees servicing their fleet of Applied Biosystems / MDS Sciex™ instruments.
